"Mom, Why do we have to move to Ferryport landing?" Julia Brown asked for the millionth time."I told you we are moving so we can be near old friends." Her mother replied sounding very annoyed.
"Your old friends not my friends." Julia muttered under her breath. "Julia Louisa Brown shut your mouth! I'm tired of listening to you!" Her mother said sternly." is a very nice lady and she has a granddaughter about your age and one the same age as Tim ."
"Well, I know I won't like her." She snapped. Her mother looked at her sadly "It's always like this with you." Her mother sighed and said, "Get a Capri sun from the cooler for Timothy when he wakes up." I can't reach it" she replied
(even though she knew she could). She was mad at her mother. She looked at her 7-year old brother sleeping peacefully next toher . "I know how he feels she thought to herself" Driving in a car for hours at time isn't exactly easy. She sighed and took out her Ipod and started playing:
