Hey everyone! Here's a Christmas story requested by Lexboss! Hope you enjoy! The OC's Lexy and Lucy belong to her :).
It was Christmas day, the happiest day of the year. Everyone was in their homes opening presents and having a great time together as a family. Nicole Watterson was making final arrangements to her Christmas tree before her kids came downstairs to open their presents. As she was fixing the tree she saw her husband, Richard, coming down the stairs.
"Hey Honey" He said happily.
"Hi" Nicole said also happy. She then gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"So have you told the kids yet?" Richard asked but he was soon interrupted by excited voices coming from the top of the stairs. There was Gumball, his twin sister Lexy, Darwin and Anais. They were excited to see their Christmas presents.
"Can we open our presents now?" Darwin asked excitingly. Nicole smiled warmly.
"Sure" She said. The kids then ran and started opening their presents. The kids then started shouting happily about what they got while Nicole and Richard looked happily at each other. After they were finished, the kids all got up and thanked their parents for what they got.
"You're welcome" Nicole said as they thanked them.
Then the door bell rang.
"I'll get it" Lexy said as she went to open the door. When she opened the door she saw that it was her best friend Lucy.
"Hey" Lexy said excitingly as she gave her a hug.
"Hi" Lucy said just as happy. "Hey everyone" She said to the rest of the family. Lexy then showed her all the presents she got. While everyone was showing each other their new gifts Richard looked over to Nicole.
"Should we tell them now?" He asked. Nicole nodded her head.
"Hey, kids" She said loudly so they could hear her. All the kids stopped what they were doing.
"I have as special announcement" She said and then she gave Richard a loving look.
"I'm pregnant" She said excitingly. Everyone seemed happy about the news.
"That's great" Lexy said.
"Awesome" Gumball said. They each took turns giving their parents a hug.
"Congratulations" Lucy said also giving them a hug.
"Thank you" Nicole said. While everyone was talking Anais looked outside.
"Hey guys it's snowing" Anais said and then she ran outside. Everyone quickly followed her to see she was right. It was snowing! Everyone ran outside and started playing in the snow. While they were playing Gumball got a great idea. He threw a snowball at Darwin and shouted "Snowball fight". Everyone quickly joined in and started throwing snowballs at each other. Richard and Nicole were on the patio looking at everyone having a great time.
"They're great kids aren't they" Nicole said. Richard agreed.
"Yep, they come up with great ideas too" He said and then he threw a snowball at Nicole. She started laughing and picked up snow too.
"Oh yeah you'll never win" She said and then she started chasing Richard trying to hit him also. Everyone was smiling and laughing. They all agreed that it was the best Christmas ever.
