The two companions slowly walked the rough edge of the forest noiselessly. Well almost. The taller male wasn't as quiet as his companion, though he did try. It's just his big, gangly feet kept crunching the dried leaves. The shorter hissed at him to be quieter, causing the other to hang his head apologetically. Shaking his head in exasperation, the shorter male walked on, eyes constantly scanning the area for threats. Even the edge of the Forbidden Forest was a dangerous place. He felt his friend freeze, and looked around to try to find the danger. That's when he spotted the two figures walking up to them.
"What's the matter? Lumos."
The brightness of the light was blinding, "Get out of here!" Ron roared. Looking for his friend, and noticing he had already run off Crookshanks headed back to the castle.

What would OotP be like from Seamus and Dean's point of view… Or CoS from Penelope Clearwater and Percy Weasley? Or PoA from Padfoot and Crookshanks?
I got this idea from the Play/Movie Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead by Tom Stoppard, takes place mainly "in the wings" of Shakespeare's Hamlet, with brief appearances of major characters from Hamlet who enact fragments of the original's scenes. Between these episodes the two protagonists voice their confusion at the progress of events of which (occurring onstage without them in Hamlet) they have no direct knowledge. (www. )
Requirements:
The story should be at least 100 words
It can be any 2 characters from the books (except Harry, Hermione, Ron)
The characters must be at Hogwarts at the same time as the Golden Trio (teachers are included)
The characters must have some contact with the Golden Trio and hear snippets of their conversations as they walk by
Can be either book-verse or movie-verse but the conversation with the Trio must be exact, your choice if it is italicized
Preference:
Funny/light hearted banter with the characters you choose
The characters you choose don't have to die (like Rozen./Guild do)… unless they did in canon {and you don't have to write it in}
