Where am i? Why can't i see? I can't remember? But this image. I keeps appearing in my head. Who is it? WHY?

"OK, i.... am... going.......to.........die." Zak said sitting in a chair. All the Secret Scientist were thee waiting for Dr. Gray. Zak was broad to death just sitting there. he tried to sneak out but he got caught. The Family cryptids were all playing video games in the living room.
"Sorry I'm late!" Dr. gray said running in, "But i brought someone i want you to meet." she said. A 11 year old girl with black hair up in a pony tail. her hazel eyes shined when the sun hit them. She was warring a light blue shirt sleeve top, a light blue skirt, black gloves that all most touched her elbow, and blue shoes with black knee socks. Zak stared at her but then slapped himself.
"Zak, I know you are problem bored to death so why don't you and Jennifer go play, and she knows about cryptids so don't worry." Dr. Gray said and Jennifer nodded.
"OK" Zak said as they walked to the living room. She was staring at him the whole walk there.
"what?" he said turning around.
"You look a little familiar. do i know you?" She asked.
"Sorry but no." He said. Fiskerton walked up. "O, This is Fisk. Fisk, Jennifer." she shook his hand and sat on the couch.
"So, what do you do for fun?" She asked.

"Dr. Gray, why did you bring her here?" doc asked.
"Well, about a week ago i just found her laying in the snow. When she woke up sh said she had forgotten everything but her name. Jennifer all so said that she saw an image of a boy with black and white spicky hair which sounded to me like Zak." She said standing.
"So you think maybe the mystery will be solved once she sees him?"
"Well i don't know but i just want to get her back home." She said sitting back down.

"OK Fisk, take her to the plant room and I'll be there in sec." Zak said putting his shoes on. Once they left, Komodo came up and gave Zak a book.
"What's this komodo?" Zak said opening it. He counld not read till he saw a world. "Shaylo!" He yelled and then thee was a boom and the whole house shook. Zak ran down the stairs to the hallway were he saw Fisk on the ground burnt and wet. There were holes in the way and everything that was near was burnt and wet too. Zak walked up to Jennifer. One of her eyes were blue Wile the other was red. Her hair was no longer black it was red, and so was the book.
"J-J-Jennifer?" He said as she fell to the ground out cold.
