The Unexplainable

She saw him.

Saw him in the weirdest of ways.

Like when his voice was unexplainably high.

Or when he'd tick her off.

Or when he would get angry when she called him a sissy.

She missed him.

She missed Aang.

His footsteps were like feathers.

She missed Aang.

Toph was tired of the heavy, warrior footsteps.

She missed Aang.

He could actually understand her sometimes. He was somewhat normal.

Toph actually chuckled at what she said. Normal? More like, flying lemur-owning, flying bison-petting, energetic airbender normal.

She missed Aang. . . she missed him.

"Toph? What're you thinking about?" The Water Tribe Warrior asked from the other side of the room.

"I. . . I miss. . .

Aang."
