This is NOT based on Thunder Run. No, this is just a story that my friend wanted me to write because we were forced to run around a huge long track in the freezing cold and mud for ages and ages, and she thought it would be funny to write a story about it! So anyways, here it goes...
The Run
Finn: We have to WHAT?
Selena: Run! It's part of our grade.
Annette: Running is dull, boring, and depressing.
Selena: It is NOT!
(*catfight*)
Finn: (slips in mud and falls face first into the muck) Eew!
Piper: It's kind of muddy here…can't we do it when it's dry?
Selena: Mrs. Gaskell would never allow that.
Aerrow: I'm using my skimmer! (revs skimmer and does 20 laps in less than a minute)
Everyone except Aerrow: AERROW! (Aerrow's skimmer has covered them in mud)
Selena: I'm going to have to wash my entire gym suit!
Aerrow: Sorry…
Katryna: IT'S SO COOOOLD! OH MY GOD! I'M FREEZING! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Olivia: I FORGOT MY SWEAT PANTS TODAY! I'M SO COLD! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Megan: I'M SO COLD! MY SWEAT PANTS ARE TOO THIN! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Stork: (taking tiny baby steps around track) AAH! EEK! GAH! OOH! BLAH! (tiny fly lands on his nose) What? (sees fly) AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (takes off around the track)
Junko: (jogs around the track, every time he lands, the earth shakes) Jogging is FUN! Come on!
Selena: (dragging Annette and Piper with her) Let's go! (All three girls start to jog, Annette somewhat reluctantly)
Finn: (gets up) Uhh…(sees that he is alone) HEY! WAIT UP! (runs after girls and promptly slips and falls again)
Mrs. Gaskell: COME ON, GIRLS! KATRYNA! YOU CAN RUN FASTER THAN THAT!
Finn: siiiiigh…
Selena: (passes Mrs. Gaskell) 17!
Mrs. Gaskell: (smiles and writes something on clipboard) good job, Selena!
Selena: (beams)
Annette: (passes Mrs. Gaskell) 27!
Finn: (passes Mrs. Gaskell, stumbling and tripping) gasp…number…one!
Mrs. Gaskell: (writes down something on her clipboard) Good job! Keep on running!
Finn: Keep…on…RUNNING?! Gasp…nooooo…
Yaaaay! I hope you liked that one! I'm still trying to think of other stories that I'm willing to share with you guys...cuz I don't know if they're good enough...but anyways, I'll write more sooner or later!
