Haha, this was made in like an hour? I guess. Anyways, this is a HRE / Chibitalia fanfic. And it is obviously AU. Because it was said the HRE had fallen in war.
In this fanfic, they are still young...i guess.

The Day That He Returned

Two days ago, I got a letter from HRE. It said that he would be back. I was happy. I told Austria-san and Hungary-chan. They both were grateful that he would return. I got ready for his return.

I asked Hungary to help me. She would be glad to help me. She picked a dress for me to wear when he returns. It was a Hungarian traditional dress. I decided to wear because I showed HRE I wore that dress. He loved it when I first wore it.

An hour before his arrival, everyone was panicking. I didn't know what they were doing. I'm still a kid. Give me a break. Austria and Hungary were telling everyone to calm down. Many people were calmed down.

Fifteen minutes later, I saw a man, tall with silver-white hair and crimson red eyes coming this way. He was smiling evilly. He was covered in blood, his clothes were tattered. I got scared for a bit so I hid behind Austria.

Austria and Hungary were not happy with his arrival. "Aww why the long faces you guys?" He said to them. Austria looked away and mumbled. 'Because you're here.' Hungary nodded. "What are you doing here anyways, Prussia?" She sighed.

"What does it look like, girly?" He said. "I was in war with HRE. And you'll be glad that he made it alive. Kesesese~" That last part made happy. I smiled. Prussia then looked at me. "Who is this cutie?" I hid behind Austria more, but I talked to him. "My name is Italy, sir…"

He smiled and tempted to pick me up, but then Austria-san stopped him. "You will not do that. You will not lay a hand on her." I'M A BOY! I will let that one slide. He gave me to Hungary. She caressed me. "Awww, you're so mean~" Prussia said.

Just then we all heard trumpets playing. "Oh! I guess he is here now." He stated. I looked at the entrance. I saw a small figure, with a hat, cloak, black clothing, and blue eyes. However he was covered in blood and had tattered clothing, like with Prussia.

I was in my joyous moment. HRE saw me and he smiled. He ran to me. "ITALY!" I jumped off of Hungary's arms and ran to him. "HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE!" At that moment, we hugged for a few moments.

"I'm back." Said HRE. "Welcome home." I said. Then he kissed me.
