Hi! This is a pretty short story I found while I was looking through some of my old books. Hope you enjoy.

Sitting outside the manor looking up at the clouds, Piper Halliwell had a rare day where she had the manor to herself. It was kid of sad because Leo wasn't around any more. He had left to become an Elder. There were still some very spiteful comments occasionally. Phoebe and Paige had taken the boys thus leaving Piper to contemplate what she had left.
Leo was never around and she missed him terribly. She knew marrying a whitelighter would be tough, but this was heartbreaking.
Whenever she became upset she remembered the better times and looked at children. Created out of love. Their love. She would remember when they became husband and wife, when their sons were born or when he proposed. All those special moments and more.
Even though he was so far away, she always felt as though he was right beside her, were he belonged.
Piper stood and opened the door to the manor. As she walked in a single red and a note on the table caught her eye. She picked up the note and read:
My dearest Piper,
Although I don't see you, not in picture, nor in face, remember: You're always in my heart.
I love you, always and forever.

Leo
Piper smiled and looked towards the heavens. Those three little words, which was all she ever needed to know. Leo was always with her.
