Sorata had vowed that the woman he would die for would be beautiful. He hadn't expected that the man he'd protect would be just as beautiful though. And just as vulnerable and harsh.

Kamui always ignored Sorata's proclamations concerning his attractiveness, calling them lies. The monk didn't get angry though, being patient despite his comedic appearance. He trusted in fate, despite the course that was laid out ahead of him. Because it was only a matter of time until Kamui looked at his reflection and finally saw what everyone else did and Sorata would be waiting.
