~ALICES POV~

Today is a tough day for Jasper. It is the anniversary of the day that he "Died" and was taken by the horrible Maria. On this day every year, we just sit in our room and stare at the ceiling. I don't know what he wants or how to help him. I only know that I can't watch him go through again.

I look over at jasper. He's just staring at the wall, with this heart- wrenching look on his face, His hands trembling slightly as he remembers this day. I can't help but feel hurt. Many people don't understand the love me and jasper feel for each other. We feel each other's emotions. If ones sad, so is the other.

"What's wrong Alice?" Jasper asks, while wrapping his arms around my waist. He sends a gust of love and happiness at me.

I take a deep breath and say "I need to know how to help you; I can't stand seeing you like this."

I look into those amazing honey gold eyes and all I can see is hurt. Hurt from the years of torture that he went through. Hurt from all those people he killed during the war. Hurt from what he thought he was.

Jasper always thought that he was a horrible monster. It took me years to get him to understand that I love him, and that he is not a monster. I'd always say "Monsters do NOT feel guilty," and "Never argue with your future seeing pixie."

"Alice, I'm fine. There is no way for you to help.
"

"I bet there is a way, and I am going to find it." Jasper chuckled lightly.

Suddenly one of my favorite songs popped into my head. Stay Here Forever by Jewel. That gave me an idea.

"Jazz?"

"Yes darlin'?"

"Where do you want to go, cause baby I'll do anything. Cause if you want to go, baby lets go, because I know that Emmett's and Rosalie's intimate emotions are bothering you and Edward and Bella are still arguing over her becoming one of us . And If you want to rock, I am always ready to roll. And if you want to slow down, we can slow down together. If you want to walk, baby lets walk, Have a little kiss, have a little talk. We don't have to leave at all. We can lay here forever. Stay here forever."

Jasper's eyes light up and he said "We can do whatever you want to do."

I shook my head. "No, Jasper. This is your day. You get to pick. If you want to see that Italian tower leaning, baby we can leave right now. If that's too far we can jump in the car and take a little trip around town. I'll even let you drive. Just say the word and we'll just disappear, nobody needs to know where were going."

"How about a little kiss and a little walk through to our place? Your right, I need to get out. And these people's emotions are driving me crazy. I just need to feel you right now." he suggested.

"Sounds perfect to me." I say as I kiss jasper and grab his hand "I love you jazz".

"I love you too Alice. My live, my savior, my world. I couldn't live without you. You always know what I need even when I don't."

We jumped out the window and started, at human pace, to our little creek where I and jazz loved to spend time together.

"Wow. I never really noticed how much they loved each other. The always seemed so shy and private. A lot different from Rose and Emmett"

"They truly are some rare creatures." Esme agreed.
