A/N: So this is in Portlyn's POV about Sonny and Chad. Just a one-shot.

People say they know people. Sonny says she knows people. So does Chad. So does Tawni. But do they really? If Sonny knew people she would know Chad loved her. If Chad knew people he would know Sonny loved him. If Tawni knew people she would know I wasn't stupid. I act stupid because of the same reason Chad acts conceited and jerky. I act stupid because of the same reason Tawni acts vain.
Everyone hides something.
Sonny hides her love for Chad.
Chad hides his love for Sonny.
Tawni hides her insecurity.
Zora hides her normalness.
Nico hides his charm.
Grady hides his jealously.
And I hide my smartness.
Right. Let's get back to when it all started.
So here I am sitting with Chad and the rest of the Falls cast when the So Random! cast walks in and sits at their table. I notice how Chad looks at Sonny and how Sonny looks at Chad.
Pure Love.
Simple.
"Why don't you just ask her out already?" I ask Chad.
"Why are you speaking without a script?" he retorts back.
"So you do like her!"
"Yeah, kinda… What? NO!"
I chuckle.
That's what I thought. Denial all the way.
"Right, Chad. I see the way you look at her. And I see the way she looks at you. Whether you deny it or not, you guys are meant for each other."
"Stop talking nonsense Portlyn! You know nothing."
"But I do know something you don't." I said and with that, I walked away. I left him dumbfounded. He would figure it out for himself sooner or later.
Then let's skip to the afternoon.
I ran into Sonny.
"Hey, Sonny. Don't worry, Chad will propose to you soon." And with that I ran back to MacKenzie Falls. I left her with her jaw hanging down.
So here I am in my dressing room, reading when I hear:
"Fine."
"Fine."
But I don't hear a 'Good' 'Good'. So I sneak to Chad's dressing room and open the door a crack. And what do I see?
Sonny and Chad are making out. So I guess they finally figured it out. And they think they're smart.
I close the door and saunter sown the hall. My work is done here.
