Full Summary: A year after a couple of things have been settled and a few crises solved, the Celestial Empire of Mewni, a powerful interdimensional empire with lots of allies and colonies/territories under its rule attempted claim Earth with Paris, France as a staging ground in a bid to save themselves from a potential crisis of magical depletion by conquering another dimension to take its magic and also the bonus of adding another colony to its empire.
However, the French military has beaten the Mewmans back , wiped out most of the Mewmans and few were captured and had escaped through the portal that hasn't vanished. In response to this attack, the Celestial Empire of Mewni attracted the wrath of the French Republic and her allies in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization who deemed the Mewman invasion as a provocation of war on a NATO member and with other citizens around the world also killed, had international approval to counter-invade Mewni, changing the histories of both dimensions/worlds (or universes) forever.
A fantasy army appearing out of nowhere into Modern Earth would look like something straight out of an anime or some creative nerd, isn't it?
'That won't happen, it's literally a nerd's fantasy.'
Except it fucking did.
A fantasy army appeared out of the Champs-Élysées Avenue in Paris and another just as my company's in Poland for a monthly rotation. Swordsmen, knights, dragons and a few magicians took part were there. And what they did is utterly disgusting. Their origin? A goddamn portal.
The "Mewmans" as they were calling themselves hailing from a dimension called Mewni under the banner known as the Celestial Empire of Mewni , an interdimensional empire as the POWs said from the news killed and kidnapped civilians indiscriminately in a blind conquest of France, pheraps this world.
And they ended up picking the wrong country to attack.
Something Celestial about that empire? They got obliterated for the first time in their history. An entire army worth around the size of a corps killed. Maybe that's the first in their record.
Celestial means relating to divine or of relating to the sky or visible heavens. Heavenly, delightful and supreme.
And they got any of them in the way of an ass kicking by the French and more so in the upcoming months.
After the attack, several NATO nations, including the US offered an assistance in the French led-effort to counter-invade, bring back any kidnapped citizens. My battalion, 3rd Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment will be the lead US Army force into Mewni with several US elements coming in after the initial expedition as well as other NATO elements alongside the French. 1st Cavalry, 10th Mountain and 82nd Airborne alongside other various CBRN units will have boots on the ground alongside other units of the 3rd ID I have heard as we're training in here at the Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany for the expedition. To my surprise, while me and my team was training there we found out the bastards speak English just like us.
There are also Americans lost over there, and we're bringing them back.
Just as if fighting ragtag fanatic insurgents and terrorists in the Middle East isn't enough.
I wonder if there's a classified SOF team out there wrecking them as we trained with other NATO nations for the expedition.
Whatever happens, we'll be changing history on both worlds.
And I'll be a part of it with my fellow soldiers, both American and those of my brother in arms at NATO.
Whatever happens, whatever weird fantasy bullshit jumps in on my M4's barrel out there will be put down and I'll be able to lead my men and bring back those kidnapped innocents home. I have seen enough shit here on Earth and I'm confident I'm capable of taking anything the Mewman bastards will throw at us, even magic.
Watch out Mewni, for there is a force out protecting a planet you can't conquer so easily. A force with of more steel, rage that has seen a much more intensified version of your hell with determination worth more than your entire , multidimensional empire and your allies' power combined.

Mewman Invasion Timeline:
August 8, 2022: A large portal appeared in the Champs-Élysées Avenue, containing a fantasy army from the Celestial Empire of Mewni appeared. Civilians were massacred, others kidnapped and the French military were promptly sent to quell the Mewmans.
August 16, 2022: The Mewman force was destroyed. Repair of damaged buildings, vehicles and sanitization operations were started with assistance from the NRF. Several POWs were sent into French prisons, others are sent into Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy.
August 20, 2022: President Le Pen , in response of the kidnapped nationals and the portal not dissapearing and the French citizens alongside other governing bodies proposed a counter-attack on Mewni with assistance from allying NATO countries.
August 22, 2022: The United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Germany and Poland has offered military assistance by sending men, equipment and vehicles with approval from their respective countries and the French government and the United Nations. Other NATO members announced of contributing technical, medical help and as well non-lethal assistance to the French led operation. Ireland and the Netherlands are stated to bring in peacekeepers later on in the expedition. Norway and Denmark will provide medical support to the NATO expedition in Mewni and as well peacekeepers.
August 24, 2022: Germany and the US offered the Grafenwoehr Training Area as an area to be used by the 7 armies. The exercise was named Redoubtable and handpicked battalions/regiments from assisting NATO countries will train together in preparation of the counter-invasion. Exercise Redoubtable, as it was named officially started at August 28 with similar exercises in the UK's Salisbury Plain Training Area and several French Army bases being conducted with the exercises lasting until November 12. The exercise consisted of more than 60000 men and over 400 vehicles and 200 aircraft, the largest since Trident Juncture back in 2018. Mountain warfare training was conducted within the French Alps.
August 25, 2022: A name of the expedition was announced to the public: Operation Trident's Justice (Operation Justice Trident) The NATO force to be called in Mewni is named NATO Combined Joint Task Force- Operation Trident's Justice (Force Opérationelle Interarmées Combinée de I'OTAN- Opération Justice Trident.) Or simply NCJTF-OTJ/FOICO-OJT.
August 28, 2022: A classified Special Operations Task Force to be attached to NCJTF-OTJ, Task Force Blackbird was formed. Operators were picked from Tier 1 units. The 1st Marine Parachute Infantry Regiment, SEAL Team Six, Delta Force, the Special Air Service, Special Boat Service, and Canada's Joint Task Force 2 and the Commandos Marine. Other Special Forces teams were also picked for support, mainly from the 13 Parachute Dragoon Regiment, CPA 10 the Canadian Special Operations Regiment,Special Forces Support Group, Special Reconnaissance Regiment, Canadian Joint Incident Response Unit, AGAT, 17º Stormo Incursori, US Army Rangers, US Air Force TACPs, US Navy SARCs and the USAF Pararescue, CCTs and lastly the SOWTs. Classified joint trainings were started at multiple French COS training grounds. Operators from the KSK (alongside its Navy counterpart), GROM, Komandosów, the 9th Paratroopers Assault Regiment were also included alongside pilots from the 160th SOAR, 427th SOAS, JSFAW ,4e RFHS and the DOS/T and lastly an attached British Pathfinder team from the 16 Air Assault Brigade.
August 30, 2022: Unmanned ground vehicles were secretly sent by NATO into Mewni to scout the initial surroundings.
September 10, 2022- September 24, 2022: Elements of Task Force Blackbird were secretly sent into the portal, conducting reconnaissance, disruption of supply lines, raiding of enemy camps and capturing or assassination of key Mewman commanders and magicians. Subsequent missions were conducted weekly with zero casualties in all operations.
November 15. 2022: First elements of NCJTF-OTJ/FOICO-OJT arrived in France in preparation of the expedition.
November 22, 2022: Start of Operation: Trident's Justice
