I remember the good times we have but it's not enough to help me through my pain. I wasnt any girl, and you weren't any other guy. I loved you, you loved me but i guess it just wasn't meant to be. We said Goodbye and we know it wasnt a real goodbye, but it was a goodbye. They say goodbye is just a word when it means a lot. I wish we never said that word, I wish we can go back in time, when we would steal hidden kisses or you would hold me in your arms so tight that I wanted stay there forever.
Your with her now, acting like I wasn't anything to you. Now your stealing kisses with her and holding her in your arms, when nobody notices but the truth is I notice. You didnt notice when I said I had to go to the bathroom to check my hair when really im just crying my eyes out all because of you. Yes you Troy Bolton, you are the cause of my heartache The reason I crie myself to sleep, the reason every time i see you and little miss Perfect togethor i have to remind myself we were like that all cute and Lovey Dovey, but now it makes me sick to my stomach.
I Thought we were inseprebale,I was wrong, dead wrong. I still remember when we said goodbye, and it will forever hold in my memory.

"Why are you doing this"! cried out a tear faced Sharpay.
"I love you but I just need a break"!Called Out a very Fustrated Troy.
"A break from what...us"? Sharpay added the last part softly.
"I know this is coming out the wrong way Pay but.. I just I dont know anymore"
"Well in the mean time figure it out"!
Troy just shook his head softly.
"I guess this is a Goodbye then" Troy said sadly.
More Tears came out of Sharpays face "Goodbye Troy" Sharpay replied back.
Then he walked out the door,out of her life.

Im Startled when I hear my phone going off then I stiffen seeing that its our special ringtone and knowing that it's you who is calling. I just look at it for a few seconds then realization hit me. Your calling me and I debate on weather to answer or just let it ring,but Im curiouse why you are calling me so I hesitately pick up the Phone.
"Hello"
"Pay"? the voice answered. I closed my eyes just loving the sound of your voice saying my name.
"Yea" I replied.
"I made up my mind". What did he mean he made up his mind?
"About what"? I asked confusingly.
"I dont want to say Goodbye" He answered back.
Thats when I realized That Goodbye is just a word.
