Not mine, not making any money.

Once upon a merry time

In a city full of crime

In a rundown part of town

Our history went down.

It was a chilly autumn's day

With lots of wind and rain

The kind where everything seems gray

And working is a pain.

On this awful rainy day

A girl with curly hair

Was looking for McDillan Fray

To roost him from his lair.

You see, McDillan was a skip

And such was to be found

His felony was quite a pip

And he had run to ground.

His home was a two story house

He used to post the bail

But it was quiet as a mouse

The front porch full of mail.

For hours she went door to door

In search of Mr. Fray

And she was drenched down to her core

Her hair in disarray.

It seemed her skip had left for good

Or so the neighbors thought

He'd also quit his livelihood

And with his girl he'd fought.

Dispirited she left for home

To run a search on Fray

It did no good the 'hood to roam

If he had run away.

Thus, she was hunting for a clue

To put her on his scent

For yet again her bills were due

And due was too her rent.

After few hours on the hunt

She found a new address

The information tore a grunt

'Cause she was in distress.

You see, it seemed that Mr. Fray

Was living down on Stark

But night had fallen and no way

She'd go there in the dark.

But then a new idea formed

And she got in her car

With haste to get it all resolved

From Stark leave with no scar.

She drove her Mini to Haywood

To ask for Ranger's aid

For he was famous in the 'hood

Or so the rumors said.

She left her car in the garage

And headed to the top

He met her dressed in camouflage

Her heart about to stop.

As she explained her dire need

To find the skip that day

With one condition he agreed

The night she were to stay.

Before her Rhino mode engaged

And rushed to Stark alone

He had her in the kitchen caged

Agreeing with a moan.

She'd give him that, the man was hot

And though her brain was hazy

She saw him off with "Don't get shot"

And got a "Don't go crazy".

Two hours passed and she was pacing

While glancing at the clock

Until she saw him entering

And setting down his Glock.

The skip was found and back in jail,

And Vinnie wouldn't help out,

It seemed he couldn't make his bail

His freedom now in doubt.

They'd caught the skip and closed the case

The night was looking better

Of autumn's chill there'd be no trace

As long as they're together.
