Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, Castiel, and Meg Masters stopped at a burger joint. Both Dean and Castiel loaded up on burgers and fries, and Sam paid, of course, with a credit card that wasn't his.

When they sat down, Dean and Castiel scarfed down the food as fast as they could, and all Sam and Meg could do was stare at them.

"It's understandable for why they're so hungry," Meg told Sam.

"Yeah, I know," Sam replied, "but I didn't know they would be this hungry. Did you?"

"To the point of no manners?" Meg asked, then sighed, and finally said, "You do have a point."

"This hungry?" Dean replied and then swallowed his current piece before asking, "What are you talking about?"

Sam and Meg exchanged a look before Sam asked, "Do you have any idea how long you've been gone?"

Dean took a sip of his beer before he slowly put it back down. He wondered of course, but he thought he and Castiel should know in any case. "No," Dean replied.

Meg gave Sam a smug look. "I told you they wouldn't," Meg said. "Like Hell, time goes by differently there." She made a gesture with her hand.

Sam sighed as he dug out five dollar bill out of his pocket and passed it to Meg.

Castiel picked up the ball and before he started on another sandwich, he asked, "So, guys, how long have we been gone?"

Meg and Sam shared a look. "One year today," Meg told him.
