Sam and Meg sat in the Impala. "We've tried everything we can think of," Meg told him frustrated.
Sam who sat in the driver's seat. "There has to be a way," he said just as frustrated as Meg is.
"You think I don't want Cass back as much as you want Dean back, Sam?" she asked him bitterly. "But there's no way to get them out."
Somewhere in Purgatory, Dean and Castiel were having similar thoughts.
"We've tried everything we can think of," Dean said to his angel friend.
Castiel sat on a boulder nearby. "There has to be a way," he said with so much faith.
"Damn, Cass," Dean said. "You think I don't want to see Sammy as much as you want to see Meg? And don't you dare deny that." Dean sighed and gave up. "There's no way to get out of here."
Just then, they were filtered through light on them from the sky above and they rose to the sky.
Dean and Castiel were blinded by light before they were laying on something a bit more comfortable than the ground or a boulder. They opened their eyes and realized that they were back in Dean's '69 Chevy Impala, and they weren't alone.
"We're back!" Dean said then.
Sam stomped on the breaks, and then he slowly looked in the back seat. "Dean... Cass..."
Dean glared at Sam. "Please tell me you've been taking better care of Baby than that, Sam," Dean said angrily.
"Uh... yeah," Sam replied, "but how..."
"Did we get out?" Dean asked and then shrugged. "Beat the Purgatory out of me. I want a cheeseburger."
