One thing I had seen in the movie from Harry Potter is that the twins are on the same hand for the clock that tells where everyone in the family is. So here is a little Idea I go from it.

George sat with the rest of the family, all enjoying quite a large meal that his mother had made. Reason for it was because Harry and Ginny had married. All around him was laughter and jokes. People telling storied about just everything.
George laughed loudly as Harry retold about the twin the twins had flown into the great hall on brooms and had set off their own Fireworks. All were happy how one was close to burning the pink toad. George took a glance at the clock and chocked on his drink.
"Oi! Does anyone see just what time it is?!" He exclaimed looking at his family that looked back at him.
"No?" Harry said after a few seconds. He raised an eyebrow at George who rolled his eyes.
"It's eleven at night, unlike you all I have a store that opens at six o'clock sharp!" He grinned and stood up.
"Thanks for the food mom, good as always. Harry take care of Ginny. Oh what am I saying you always have!" George grinned at the laughs he got. With a large bow he said.
"Now I must go, good night everyone!" With a pop he arrived back to the store he and Fred opened. Ever since Fred had passed George had taken to living above the store.
With a small sigh George got ready for bed, knowing many kids will be shopping tomorrow since Hogwarts letters went out just a few days ago.
Last thing he really thought about was,
Wonder how Gred is doing.

Molly sighed as she cleaned the dishes; everyone else was already in bed or on their way home. She sat down on a chair and glanced at the clock that told her where her beloved family was at.
Ginny and Harry were home, same with Ron and Hermione. Percy was at work, with her husband. Not long ago both were called in about something big. She wasn't too sure about the details.
Bill was at his own home and Charlie was at work. And George was at . . .?
Molly looked back at the clock and slowly stood up. The one hand that used to hold both twins (Those two were always together) Still worked of course. But not long after Fred had passed the hand had broken and had pointed Fred upon lost.
And he had stayed there on lost for all of these years.
Expect now Molly was watching as the clock hand that held Fred's picture slowly moved from 'lost' to 'Twin's shop'.
She watched it as it slowly moved and stopped right at the place where the rest of the hand that held George's picture was at.
A quick flash of light and the hands were fixed together again. Molly felt tears come to her eyes. She ducked her head and walked over back to the dishes.
Welcome back Fred.
