Before I met you I never knew what it was like to look at someone and smile for no reason.

He was smiling again…Dammit!! He's been doing that a lot lately and nobody could figure out why. He knew why though. And right now she was playing with that little runt. He sighed. He didn't know what to do. Everyone kept giving him weird looks wondering what the hell he was smirking at. He would always blush, look away, and 'feh!' whenever they would ask. He sighed again.
Right now she was cleaning chocolate of the small kitsune's face. Kagome. He had always thought she was beautiful. But over the years she had changed into such a gorgeous woman, inside and out. She was tall, only a head shorter than himself, black waist length hair, long legs, and had filled out perfectly. That was one of the first things he noticed. She was also very intelligent. She had learned how to handle the right herbs with the help of the old hag. She also had learned a lot in her time to help when she was home…or rather in his time.
She was kind. Always helping others when they needed her help. They didn't even have to ask. She was always like that. She had always been there for him. Ever since they met four years ago when he was pinned to the tree.
It's ironic he thought how she can look so similar to the woman he had once loved but be so different and he loved her. He sighed again…He loved Kagome.
Kagome looked at Inuyasha feeling his eyes one her. He was staring at her intently thinking really hard. She smirked a little. She loved when he did that. He looked so cute. Then again, she just loved him. She was concentrating on his face when he finally made eye contact with her.
Inuyasha could feel her eyes on him. He looked her into her eyes. She gave him the brightest smile he had ever seen. She loved him. Inuyasha felt that same smile fall back into place as she ran off to play with Shippo.
'I think I'm going to like smiling.'
