Tears

I cry at night hoping this is just a dream
But I know it isn't
I know I can't just reach out and hold you anymore
I know now I should have stayed
I have no more hope
I cry myself to sleep wishing it would just go away
He comes and tells me it is time
I get dress knowing this is the end
My eyes don't have their fire in them anymore
He walks towards me
I don't move for I have accepted what is to come
His hands make the signs needed
But he has stopped
I look at him and see that his eyes have widen & his mouth is agape
A trickle of blood comes out of his mouth and he falls
I look and cannot believe what I see
There is a kunai in his back right where his heart is
I look up and my eyes widen
There you are standing with your friends with that goofy grin on your face
You run towards me
I feel your arms wrap around me
The next thing I know is that darkness has engulfed me
