Christmas Tradition
One Shot
This year Christmas for Caitlyn and Mitchie was going to be very different.
This year they were going to have Christmas with connect 3
Let's set the scene.
Mahogany panelled walls strung with gold and red ribbons.
Three piece red leather suite.
The Christmas tree all decked up.
A flicking fire that filled the room with warmth.
And to any passer by it looked like a house ready for Christmas, a house filled with laughter and love.
Mr Grey sat in the armchair while Mrs Grey sat on one of the three seat sofa with Jason lay next to her his head in her lap as she strokes his hair.
The other sofa is occupied by Nate and Caitlyn who have 1 and a half seats each.
While Shane is sat on the floor resting against Nate's sofa with Mitchie in his lap.
The Christmas tree is next to them twinkling away.
As Nate goes to get a drink from the kitchen Caitlyn goes to the toilet and they both come back at the same time. Unknown to them Shane as got up and put some mistletoe on the top of doorframe so it hung down slightly be was unseen unless you knew it was there.
To Shane's delight Caitlyn and Nate came back in the door at the same moment. But it was Caitlyn to notice Shane smirking.
She stopped halting Nate who was behind her and put her hands on her hips.
"Shane what have you done?" asked Caitlyn
"Nothing," smirked Shane is eyes flickering upward above Caitlyn's head.
Nate and Caitlyn's eyes travelled upwards and spotted the mistletoe.
"Dude not cool," said Nate
"Dude it's a tradition," retorted Shane
Nate turned to Caitlyn and raised an eyebrow in a should notion.
Unknown to the rest of the Grey family Caitlyn and Nate had gotten together 5 months previous at Camp Rock after realizing and admitting their feelings. The rest of the Grey family and Mitchie knew the two had feelings for each other and were waiting for them to tell each other.
Caitlyn gave Nate a smile that signalled to Nate to go for it.
He stepped forward. He placed his hands on Caitlyn's waist and drew her closer to him before capturing her lips with his.
After a minute or so they were pulled apart by Shane.
"Dude that's your best friend," shouted Shane
"Dude that's my girlfriend," stated Nate pulling Caitlyn close to him and wrapping an arm around her as she nestled her head on his shoulder.
"WHAT!" shouted the Grey family and Mitchie.
"We'll sit down and explain everything," said Nate as he and Caitlyn head towards the sofa and Shane headed back to his girlfriend.
So the revealed couple snuggled on the sofa and told the tale of how they got together.
It was going to be a very, merry Christmas.
