"Em" she turned and saw Aaron standing by the door, she smiled and patted the space next to her in the bed "Hey" Aaron smiled softly and walked towards her, he took her hand and sat down on the bed next to her.
"How is Haley?" she asked.
"She is fine, She told me to thank you. And before you ask Sam is better too, she is right there with him . She'll be released tomorrow; Sam might be here a little while longer." Emily studied his face carefully, trying to find out what he was actually feeling.
"It's not your fault Aaron. You know that right?" he took a deep breath and leaned his head to her palm on his cheek.
"I almost lost the tree most important people in my life Emily. You, Jack and Haley, all in one day… All because I didn't make the damn deal with Foyet."
"But you didn't Aaron, I'm here, Haley is here, Jack is here. We're all here and alive. You didn't lose us. You won, Foyet lost."
