This takes place a day after DEM turned Tengu City into a war zone as well as Miku using her powers to control everyone at the Ten-oh Festival.

Shido was currently onboard the Fraximus ship, inside of a machine in the infirmary. He is receiving treatment after his battle against DEM (being stabbed by Ellen was the most damage he took), Miku who took control of the entire town to hunt & kill him, and an inverse Tohka who fell into despair after seeing the most important person to her almost die.

(Machine noises)

There he laid flat on the bed as his injuries were being healed. Due to being regularly checked due to the spirit powers in him, he thought he was used to the machine functions but couldn't help but twitch a little.

"Hold still Shin, I know you're in a lot of pain right now, but let the machine do its job and heal you."

"Ok Reine. Thanks."

In Kotori's office

All the spirits were currently in the commander's office at the request of Kotori herself. Miku Izayoi, the spirit idol, was facing the girls who she turned into her servants.

"Everyone, for what I did to all of you, I'm truly sorry…" Miku said while lowering her head. She asked Kotori to gather all the spirits in one room in order to apologize for actions.

"I understand if you hate me for what I did, but know that I deeply regret my actions. I don't expect you to accept my apology so if you want to yell or slap me, then go ahead, you have every right too." She said with tears dripping onto the floor. The other girls saw this and looked at each other, bewildered from the scene. Miku was sincerely remorseful for brainwashing them into killing Shido. None of them knew what to say, that is until Yoshino spoke.

"I forgive you Miku. Shido told us about your past, from the scandal, to how you considered suicide, everything. You went through a lot of pain because of that. I'm not saying that you were right to do any of the things you did, but if there's one thing I've learned, it's to be able to give people a second chance." Yoshino said with a gentle smile.

"Well said Yoshino! Plus Shido wouldn't of used her powers to protect you if didn't care one bit about you." Yoshinon exclaimed. Miku couldn't help but cry a little at their words.

"Well, if Yoshino is willing to say such things, then I'm willing to offer you the chance to redeem yourself!" Kaguya said with her fist tightened in the air.

"Agreement. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and will forgive and forget as you start the journey to redemption." Yuzuru said as she handed Miku a tissue.

"Well, It won't be easy, considering that your powers almost made me kill my own brother, but given that I did something similar (she's referring to when she lost control of her powers and blasted Shido who was protecting Kurumi) I guess we can work something out." Kotori said as she was choosing a lollipop from her assortment.

"I suppose if Shido is willing to risk his life to protect you from me…" Tohka started and finished.

"...and if everyone else in the room is willing to forgive you and start fresh, then I'm willing to do so to." Miku couldn't help but cry harder, falling to her knees, with her face buried in her hands. All the girls came and hugged her, now certain that she truly is remorseful of what transpired.

Back with Shido 2 hours later...

Shido was finally finished with his treatment but was still in no condition to be moving about, at least not on his own. The same goes for Mana who, thanks to Ratatoskr's help and getting a hold of some of DEM's tech in the destroyed building, is getting the treatment she needs to restore her body to what it once was. She is currently in the other room being treated in a machine similar to the one Shido was in.

"According to these results, you should be fine within seven days. So until then, you have to stay onboard Fraximus. But don't worry, I've already informed the school that you were critically injured during this chaos." Reine said while looking at Shido's test results.

"Thanks Reine."

"You're welcome Shin." Reine replied while patting Shido's head.

"Oh wait, I need to ask…"

"If it's about Tohka and the other girls, there inside Kotori's office. When I went to check on them, Miku was apologizing, the others were more than willing to forgive her, but scans show their happiness meter has gone down at a frightening rate."

"Wait really?! What happened?!" Shido asked in a concerned tone.

"Though they are aware of what happened, the girls can't help but feel awful about what occurred."

"But I told them they there forgiven."

"Though that may be the case, you can't really blame them Shin. After all, the girls love you. Which is why I've come up with a solution that will benefit you and the girls."

"What do you mean?"

"When Tohka inversed, the bridge way of spirit mana between you and the girls narrowed drastically due to the negative flow, although you resealed Tohka, that bridge way is still at a level that needs to be fixed right away."

"And the method to do that is?"

"Is for us to be your personal nurses!" Shido looked towards the doorway to see all the spirits in nurse outfits. Right there he thought he was having a heart attack, after all he wasn't expecting this.

"Wha-wha-wha-wha-wha-wha!" He exclaimed.

"Shin, calm down, or you're going to hurt yourself."

"I know Reine! But isn't this a bit much?"

"Shido, please...just let us have this opportunity to help you heal." Shido looked at Miku who had a sad expression on her face.

"Shido, we all feel bad about what happened, I know you already forgave us, but you do a lot for us, so it's our turn to do something for you." Tohka said while having an anxious look.

"Agreement. Shido, though not through our own will, we attacked you, said a bunch of awful things, and almost killed you." Yuzuru said in a sad tone.

"Yeah Shido, we really want to help you recover. Just consider this a special gift from us." Kaguya said while looking down at the ground.

"Please, Shido?" Yoshino pleaded with a puppy dog eye look that could make anyone cry.

"Shin, as you can see, they all want this. Plus it will help them in more ways than one."

"Well, I guess when you put it that way...all right girls. Please take good care of me" The girls faces lit up with happiness when they heard Shido accept the idea.

"Okay then. Let's being our next date shall we?" Kotori stated while holding up her lollipop.
