I felt completely at peace in his arms. I looked into his eyes and all I saw in the big golden orbs was love and adoration. It was here, in his arms that I felt utterly safe. I could lie here forever, if only he would change me. But no, he believes he doesn't have a soul, that he is a monster. He thinks if he changes me he would be away my soul. Of course he had a soul. How could someone so great not have a soul? He had the sweetest kindest soul of all. He was my life and without him, I was nothing.
"I love you, you have made me the happiest girl on earth," I confessed honestly.
" You saved me, all this time –100 years- I had walked the earth alone, and didn't know what I was missing out on," I heard Edward reply.
He started to hum my lullaby and I quickly fell into a comfortable deep sleep.
