It was raining, or rather the world was ending and they would all soon drown because of bad the storm was. Wilson was seated at his desk, all work long ago abandoned so that he could watch the downpour outside. If he were feeling a little more adventurous, he might have actually stepped outside, let the rain soak through his clothes and chill the man to his bones, but he wasn't and he wouldn't, not now anyway.

He hears the other approaching but makes no move to acknowledge him. Chase does nothing else to interrupt him either, only coming to lean against Wilson's desk a hand resting on the back of the oncologist's chair as he studies the male.

After a few minutes of silence, Wilson turns, a smile playing against his lips that is immediately reflected back by the other. Taking hold of the hand on his chair, he pulls them both to their feet and continues to urge the man towards the balcony, pausing just before the door.

Chase raises an eyebrow but says nothing.

Wilson continues to smile, even as he opens the door and tugs them both outside, the rain instantly pounding against the two as they make their way to the center of the balcony. Taking a moment to gaze around, Wilson pulls him close, pressing a soft, wet kiss to the male's lips that is instantly returned.

Under normal circumstances, he wouldn't have been out there but when Robert was concerned, nothing was normal anymore.
