I don't owe P.J. This started when or Dobbs wants to talk to Peri Jackson. Perci is a girl version of Percy. I'll might not update the other stories soon because my sister has to hook up her computer into my room sometime this week and she's also graduating from high school so it's crazy at my house. so I'll update my stories as soon as possible. luckily it's summer so yeah.
"Perci Jackson, we need to talk." Ms. Dobs said strictly.
"Okay." I said a little weirded out. I fallowed away from the group as Mr. Stark was talking more about Precious. lead me to a room where no one else was and she held the door open for me. "So, am I in trouble," I asked as I entered the room. I heard a low growling sound and turned around to see standing on top of stacked up bleachers. "Whoa! How-how did you get up there?" I asked surprised that my fifty-something year old teacher could climb that high.
"Where did you put the lighting bolt!" she shouted at me in a monster-y voice.
"What are you talking about?" I said scared at the tone of her voice. She then roared at me. Literally roared like a monster, and then lunged at me turning in to an actual monster. I couldn't scream I was so scared, so I ran as fast as I could. Luckily for me I tripped and fell on the floor. Then perched on a shelf.
"You stole the lightning blot!" she yelled at me.
"I don't know what you're talking about!" I shouted back at her. She then lunged at me again, taking hold of my shoulders with her clawed feet.
"Where's the lightning bolt? Tell me where it is or I'll rip your heart out!" she yelled at me. I was too scared to answer her. Then , Grover, Annabeth, and Nico came in.
"Let her go!" shouted at the monster. But the monster, that he called a furry just growled at him. "Furry, let her go or I swear I'll tear you to pieces!" he shouted at the furry. She then threw me to the ground with a loud thud, and then flew out of a window breaking it.
"Oh. My. God. Oh. My. God. I'm going insane. I'm going insane." I said pacing.
"Perci, you're not going insane." Grover said.
"You mean to tell me that that really just happened." I said pointing to the window the furry flew out of.
"I can't believe they found her." Mr. Brunner said like I wasn't there in the room.
"What do you mean? Who found me?" I asked really scared. Did that mean that more where coming after me?
"Go and warn her mother then get to camp as fast as you can." Mr. Brunner said, ignoring my question. Then he turned to me. "Perci, take this," he said giving me the pen.
"This is a pen," I said, a little weirded out.
"It's a powerful weapon. Only use it in times in great distress." he said.
"This is a pen." I said again.
"Come on! Perce. Let's go" Grover yelled as me and him left the museum and Annabeth stayed with him.
"What's going on?" I asked scared.
"Shh. Look, don't trust anyone. Don't look at anyone just keep walking." he whispered.
"I did tell you to come with me?" I asked.
"Because I'm your protector." he said sternly.
"My protector. I'm not sure you're seeing what I'm seeing. You have crutches!" I said, obviously.
"I'll give me life to secure your well being," he said seriously. "We, have to warn your mom. Let's go!" with that he picked up the pace to a jog. When we got home Gabe had friends over looking drunk.
"Sally! More beer!" Gabe yelled at my mom.
"Mom. Hey, Mom. Mom! We need to talk okay?" I said urgently.
"Hey, can't you see she's servicing me and my friends?" he said like she was his slave. That was the straw that broke the cattle's back.
"Hey, don't talk about my mom like that you bald-headed freak!" I yelled at him. I've wanted to say that for a long time.
"No, Gabe! No!" my mom yelled as Gabe shoved me against the wall and started hitting me.
"Calm Down!" Grover shouted. Oh-no. Gabe then turned to hurt Grover. But to my shock, Grover slammed one of his crutches on one of Gabes' foot and the hint him in his tick-tack.
"Nice one." I said, still shocked.
"Like I said I'm your protector." Grover said as Gabe doubled over and past out from the pain. "Sally, Perci has to leave now. Like right now!" he said putting emphasis on the last two words. With that we were off. We ran to the car and started driving away from New York City and away from my home.
