Ok, this is my first Jasper and Bella romance story. I came up with the idea of a diary one day at school, because it holds tons of emotion in there and Jasper can feel emotion easily.

Diary,
Today I met a strange man. A very strange and intriguing one indeed. He had bronze tousled hair and his eyes sparkled topaz. Or honey, honey that melts you everytime you stare into them… Just alone his gaze could freeze me, and it felt like my heart had stopped beating.
His name, in pure perfection – Edward Cullen. I only found out that that was his name when it was called out in registration. Otherwise I would be writing as his name, 'The boy that took my breath away'.
But do you know what shocked me the most; I've never felt this way about anyone. And I know 'cliché!' but that is truly how I feel. It's almost like my life has been tipped upside-down.
And at lunch I saw him sat with his family; I only know they're his family through Jessica, a friend I made in Spanish class. But the thing is they're so diverse and beautiful in their own way it makes me want to ask why they're not in the popular crowd, which seems to be where I sat at lunch today.
Charlie – dad – is calling me for tea tonight. Really I should be making it as Renee had warned me about Charlie's lack of cooking knowledge.

I met the most amazing girl today. Her brunette hair is so luscious I could smell her from my table at lunch. The sweet smell of strawberry…
There's only one thing – she seemed to be more interested in Edward than anyone else. The looks she gave him, the way I heard her heart beat faster and the way her face turned to a rosy pink when he caught her looking. And the thing is, she thinks he likes her but he doesn't – he was only reading my thoughts about her. I could pick up the way he felt about her – just another girl. But me, I was overwhelmed with love, and I know I shouldn't because I'm with Alice. The supposed-to-be love of my life. But meeting this girl – Bella, Edward told me – my world has changed forever and I don't think I can go on like this with Alice if I have feelings for another girl. All I need to do is make her understand how I feel…
