The Chain Letter
By LittleGreenBear
Heero stared at the shuttle heading towards the base, ready to press that trigger. His mind itself seemed to sweat, the unfortunate realization of what his actions would cause set in. Yet this was the assignment he had been told, and he always followed orders.
The shuttle was carrying new mobile suits, dangerous ones at that. Some organization, now unknown, had put engineers up to making suits, which carried biological weapons. The military robots, now called "Capricorns", could demolish entire provinces with one shot of its laser beam.
The shuttle landed.
Relena sat in front of her laptop, her collar uncomfortably itching her neck. She unattached the clasp and sighed the relief. Her palm grasped the cool white mouse, moving it towards the mail icon on her screen. She opened the first message.
A window popped up,
"Forwarded message attached."
She put a check in the "open" box.
Another e-mail opened, she continued her process until she arrived at the actual message.
Heero put his thumb down on the red button, waiting for the explosion to take place. He ducked under the bushes, ready to run.
Relena scanned down until the chain letter was shown on the screen.
" You have 15 seconds to make a wish….

The shuttle door opened. A man watched as the suits became unloaded. He stopped one attendant and motioned at the suit he was assisting the unloading of,
"I'd like to take this one for a test ride."
The attendant looked nervous,
"I'm afraid you can't sir… We've got specific orders sir…"
The man grabbed him by the collar,
" I don't think I like your orders."
He dropped the attendant onto the ground and went into the cockpit of the Capricorn.
" Damn." Heero muttered.

1 person and it could come true
2 people and it might come true
10 people and it probably will come true
20 people and it will come true."
Relena clicked the X button at the top of the window, deleting the message.
"Because peace will never come true."
The mobile suit flew off, ready to destroy it's first city. Heero followed.
