MY SECOND CORALINE FIC! Based off two ghost hunting experiences I've had.

Coraline jumped out of the car and ran to the trunk of the Jones' newly bought car. The gentle rain had now turned into heavy rain that bounced off of Coraline's yellow raincoat as she opened the trunk and grabbed her suite case and a black trash bag that had her pillow, sheets, and blanket. She glanced over at the light blue house that was hidden behind a line of trees. Wybie's stuff was already on the front porch, it was going to be the longest two weeks of their lives.

"Bye Mom, bye Dad! Love you!" Coraline called through the passenger window.

"Love you, too!" Her parents replied."Have fun!" Coraline nodded then ran towards the house.

Coraline tapped her fingers anxiously on the table.

"What's taking so long?" She pulled out her cell phone to check the time.

"The rules said no electronics." Wybie said staring at her accusingly.

"The rules said allot of things." Coraline said putting her phone back into her pocket. Just then they heard the church bus honk the horn. The two jumped up from the table and dashed for the door where Wybie's grandmother was standing.

"Bye Gramma!" Wybie hugged her then opened the door.

"Have fun!" She said waving.

"Bye Miss Lovat!" Coraline called walking out the door followed by Wybie. They grabbed their stuff and walked as fast as they could to the church bus.

"Hey kids!" Greated Marsha, a woman in her 50s greated. For someone her age she looked, and acted, like she was 36.

"Hey Marsh." They said finding a seat.

"Hey guys!" Said Caroline propping her elbows on Wybie's seat. The girl was 11 as well with long blond hair, glasses, and today was wearing blue jeans and a blue blouse.

"Hey!" They said back. It was gonna be a long ride.
