It was 6:30 in the morning and Brenna lay wide awake in her bed. Finally, had waited long enough she called Greer and woke her up.

"Brenna why are you up so early?"

"Well I have to ask you a question."

"What is so important that you are called me at 6:30?"

"Would you want to go out tonight for dinner and a movie," Brenna asked.

"Yeah babe but couldn't that wait until later?"

"No."

"Okay."

"I'll pick you up at 5:30 Go back to sleep. Bye I love you."

"Love you too."

When they hung up Brenna was to excited to go back to sleep so she got up and started to plan their date. She worked out every detail and waited patiently until it was time to get ready. She went and talked to April and told her what she had planned for the night and April said that it was going to be one romantic night.

At 5:30 Brenna was there to pick up Greer. She went to the door and Greer came out onto the porch and Brenna jaw dropped. Greer was wearing a candy apple red dress that was mid-thigh. Greer walked over to Brenna and threw her arms around Brenna and gave her a soft yet passionate kiss.

They got in the car and Greer asked what movie they were going to go see and Brenna said, "Ummmm, well I kinda changed the plans a little bit. I hope you're not mad."

"No not as long as I'll be with you."

"Good," Brenna said as she pulled up to that park. Greer looked confused but she didn't care what happened as long as they were doing it together. Brenna walked around the car and let Greer out and kissed her cheek. They walked around to a little spot under a tree where Greer seen a blanket and a picnic basket full of all sorts of food. Brenna said, "Welcome to our little date." Greer started to tear up and Brenna walked over and pulled her into her and kissed her head and wiped her tears and asked, "What's wrong babe?"

"Nothing. I just love it already."

Then they sat down and began to eat their food. When they got to dessert they had strawberry cheesecake and it was their favorite. Brenna took her fork and fed Greer and visa-versa. When they were done they both sat there enjoying each other's company when Brenna stood up and said "Hold on I'll be right back." She ran over to different tree where April and Beth were waiting and watching and then ran back quickly.

When she got back to Greer she was standing up stretching. Brenna looked at her and said, "Greer you know that I love you right?"

"Right."

"Well I have thought about this for months I just didn't know how to do it." Then she pulls a ring out of her pocket and the tears stared to roll down her face. Then she continued to say, "And this is why I called you so early I had to do this today I can't wait another minute. And I love you more than anything and I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I guess what I'm trying to say is will you marry me?"

Greer looked at Brenna and was crying her eyes out and she couldn't speak all she done was shake her head. By now they are both crying and Brenna walks over to Greer and puts a beautiful diamond ring in her finger. Then she grabs Greer's hand and pulls her close and they kiss other and they couldn't stop crying or kissing. April and Beth took that as a she said yes move and they ran over and gave them both a hug. Greer finally found her words and said, "Brenna I am so glad you asked because I couldn't work up enough courage to ask you the same question." At that time Greer pulls out a ring from her purse and said, "I have had this for months I just couldn't find the right time, place or words to ask you."

"Greer I love you. You are so beautiful."

"So are you and I love you too."

"I am so happy baby words just cannot explain."

"I know what you mean."

"Let go show these rings to the world and let them all know that we are going to be married one day and you Mrs. Greer Carver."

"Okay baby."
