H.I.V.E. Alphabet Poem
A is for animus, an organic, black goo.
B is for the bad guys, much like Overlord and crew.
C is for Colonel Francisco, who runs through many drills.
D is for Lucy Dexter, whom Overlord kills.
Evil takes E, the model value at H.I.V.E.
F is for Franz, requiring lots of food to stay alive.
G is for grappler, equipment everyone uses.
H is for H.I.V.E. and its mind, which it constantly loses.
Tom and Penny are Initiates, representing letter I.
J is for Jason Drake, and in the fourth book he dies.
K is for katanas, as in Raven's trusty blades.
L is for Laura, who codes both night and day.
M goes to Nero, but his friends call him Max,
N is for Nigel, who made a plant that ate people for snacks.
O is for our favorite young clone, and Otto is his name.
Professor Pike has two P's, and technology is his game.
Q is for quiet, which is something H.I.V.E. lacks.
R is for Raven, notorious for her lethal attacks.
S is for Shelby, who can open any conventional door.
T is for Tabitha Leon, who doesn't want to be a cat anymore.
U is for clean underwear, which comes through the closets each morn.
V is for Verity, whose vengeance for Constance she has sworn.
W covers Wing Fanchu, the ninja who always remains calm.
X is for Xiu Mei, who happens to be Wing's mom.
Y stands for years, there are six spent at H.I.V.E.
Z is for Zero Hour, where they save the world's sorry behind.
There are others, of course, that I can't seem to fit,
Diabolus Darkdoom, the Disciples, and more, if you get my drift.
There are also people like Cypher, the Dreadnought, the Furans, and Violet to mention,
But as I only have 26 letters they all face indefinite suspension.
And so it is with my greatest regret
That we come to the end of our evil alphabet.
