Chapter 1: Venom vs. Spider-Man (Prologue)
Spider-Man swung his way to a crime scene when Venom slams him into a water tower. Spider-Man tries to get out of the lock Venom puts him in. Mary Jane was calling Peter on her cellphone. Peter answered with "Hi Mary Jane, I'm in the middle of a fight right now, I can't talk." Mary Jane hangs up. What he didn't know was that Mary Jane was captured by Venom. Mary Jane is hoping someone can save her.
Venom throws Spider-Man, slamming into a window of a taxi, causing glass to rip his suit, and cut his skin. Venom looked like the victor until New Goblin came and threw his bombs at Venom. The impact blew off the alien ooze that covered his face, revealing the identity of Venom. Eddie Brock. Venom sent New Goblin flying from his hover board. Venom then sends Spider-Man flying into a construction site.
As Spider-Man was soaring through the air, he remembered that the symbiote had been vulnerable to sound, which was why the black suit became easy to pull off. When Spider-Man got up from his impact with the floor of an unfinished building, he discovered that there were metal bars that made sound when banged together.
When Venom got there, he was in for a big surprise.
Spider-Man banged the poles together to make sound. The Symbiote cried in pain as it almost detached from Venom. Spider-Man knew that he would need more. The Symbiote then left Eddie's Body to find his original host.
The Symbiote became a being, telling Spider-Man "Bond with me again" and Peter was hesitant at first, but he took off his mask and reached his hand out.
The alien ooze grabbed the arm and began to latch back on. Then Spider-Man found Mary Jane, and everything went well.
