Nowhere is where to start
I'm cold, this is weird, and I'm really cold. Its dark, where am I? Can I move? I think I can move, I'll try, why can't I move? Where am I? Am I in my wheelchair? I think I'm in my chair; Oh no maybe not that's cold and damp, that's not my chair. I want to go home. What's that? A light? Is that moving or am I? This is too weird, Can I talk? Nope. Great no chance of screaming for help then. God I'm so cold. I really want to go home.
There was a sudden blinding flash of white light, along with a scratching, whirling and whizzing noise.
Amber lay confused. She had lost everything, but this was news that she would not learn for some time yet. She would learn this from a man, a strange man, a man no-one really knows. This man; she would learn would be the one man; the only man that would be able to save her life.
