Author's note: I have seen a few people write 'Baby, it's cold outside' with their favorite ships but I have yet to see someone do this with Hector x Imelda. Since they are one of my favorite ships, I thought I'd give it a go!

Also, a bit of background; I'm guessing this takes place sometime between Miguel being sent home and the Proud Corazon ending. I imagine Hector went to his hut in shantytown (Assuming he has one) because things are complicated and uneasy with Imelda at this time. Then Imelda came to talk things out and after a long conversation she decided to call it a night.

Imelda- I really can't stay.

Hector- Imelda, it's cold outside.

Imelda- I've got to go away.

Hector- But amor, it's cold outside.

Imelda- This talk has been

Hector- Been hoping that you'd drop in.

Imelda- Quite informing.

Hector- You can sit down, I'll start the singing.

Imelda- I ought check the shoe inventory.

Hector- Imelda, what's your worry?

Imelda- Victoria will be pacing the floor.

Hector- I'm sure you could ignore

Imelda- So really I'd better go.

Hector- She can handle herself on her own.

Imelda- I guess just a half a drink more.

Hector- That sounds more like it, mi amor.

Imelda- Our family might think...

Hector- It's not like we're dating.

Imelda- Say what's in this drink?

Hector- We are in fact still married.

Imelda- I wish I knew how

Hector- Your eyes are like lavenders now.

Imelda- To break your spell

Hector- I'll take your apron, you look quite swell.

Imelda- I ought to say, no, no, Hector.

Hector- Mind if I move in closer?

Imelda- At least I'm gonna say that I tried.

Hector- What's the sense in hurtin' my pride?

Imelda- I really can't stay

Hector- oh amor, don't hold out. But amor, it's cold outside

Imelda- I must say goodbye

Hector- But amor, it's cold outside.

Imelda- It's not like I'd die.

Hector- But amor, it's cold outside.

Imelda- Your welcome has been

Hector- How lucky that you dropped in.

Imelda- So nice, can't lie.

Hector- Look out the window at this red sky.

Imelda- Rosita will be suspicious.

Hector- Gosh, your lips look delicious.

Imelda- My brothers will be there at the door.

Hector- Reminds me of us before.

Imelda- Forgot you were so ambitious.

Hector- Gosh, your lips are delicious.

Imelda- But maybe just a song or two more.

Hector- We all know it's not banned anymore.

Imelda- I've gotta get home.

Hector- You'd freeze there, amor.

Imelda- Then lend me your coat.

Hector- Can't say I've got one anymore.

Imelda- You've really been grand.

Hector- I thrill when you touch my hand.

Imelda- But don't you see?

Hector- How can you do this thing to me?

Imelda- There's bound to be talk tomorrow.

Hector- Think of my deathlong sorrow.

Imelda- Must you always be so dramatic?

Hector- If you got lost or forgotten.

Imelda- I really can't stay.

Hector- oh amor, don't hold out.

Amor, it's cold

Amor, it's cold outside
