Lonely

Emerald's POV:
Tomorrow is the Pokémon Dance Festival (PDF), and as expected, I have no date. The person that I actually have feelings for was taken by another dude. I don't know any other girls, and everyone else is going. I'm just lonely.
But then, I thought of somebody
*Flashback*
Emerald's POV:
I was walking to Viridian City, because I had to drop something off to my senior Yellow. As I was walking, I saw this girl my age, but taller than me. "Do you mind if we battle?" she asked. I accepted the challenge. "If I win, you have to do a favor for me." She blurted. Since I had pokeballs, I could move with my Pokémon easier.
"Go Sceptile!" I blurted. She pulled out her Flareon. The girl didn't realize I had a strategy for fire types. "Flareon, use Flamethrower!" My Sceptile dodged the attack. I told it to use rock tomb, so it can be trapped. The girl's face was in shock. It was followed up by an Earthquake. Her Pokémon fainted, and was victorious. "Alright you won. Oh, by the way my name is Jewliana, but you can call me Jewly." She said with a big smile. Now that I took a good look at her, she was red- headed like Silver. She had brownish- red eyes like Ruby, and wears a brown leather jacket with a black t-shirt. She also has black leggings and brown boots. I'd say that even Lack- Two couldn't turn this one down, even though she's 2 years younger than him.
*End Flashback*
A few months since that day, we always hung around each other, and became best friends. Now I finally realized who I like.
I just arrived at Jewly's house. This is the battle of joy, or sorrow. I rung the door bell, and within 30 seconds, she answered. "Hey Rald, what 'sup?" I held out the flowers from behind my back. "Will you go to the PDF with me?" I said while blushing real hard.
She paused for a moment. I started to doubt she was going to say yes, but- "Yes! A million times yes! Thank you Emerald!" She blurted while friendly attacking me with her hugs. I guess she was waiting for me to ask.
The next day, all of the dexholders were here, except for X and Y, because they were trying to avoid Blue's blackmail. We all danced on the dance floor to awesome songs, and ate great food! Afterwards, the DJ played the slow song, for all of us "couples" to smooch.
Let's just go from there.
I guess I wasn't lonely after all.
