(A/N: It's been a week since I last posted something…stupid writer's block! But here's a story. Enjoy!)
Between the Lines
I watch her play piano so intensely, like nothing matters but getting the notes and rhythm right.
(The melody she's playing is beautiful—almost as beautiful as her.)
I see her deal with her parents, with them ignoring her and her getting upset but them never noticing.
(I don't understand why they're not aware of her—she's brilliant and deserves their attention.)
I observe her hang out with some guy, Henry, I think his name is. She seems happy with him, but it appears that she won't let herself get too attached to him.
(I think she should get closer to this Henry—he obviously loves her a lot, and that's exactly what she needs.)
I notice how angry she gets at me. She believes I ruined our family. She believes I'm the reason she's invisible.
(I wish I could tell her I agree with her. I wish I could tell her I'm sorry.)
(But all I can do as her big brother is sit and watch.)
(A/N: Reviews are love!)
