Lost Half
LHLHLH
George stared blankly at the room that use to belong to him and … Everything hurt nowadays. It hurt to look in the mirror because all he could see was his other half. It hurt to be at the burrow because of all the memories there. He couldn't work on any new pranks. He couldn't fly. Whenever he looked at his broom all George could think about was the family quidditch games, playing as beater on the Gryffindor house team, and the grand exit from Hogwarts when the evil frog Umbridge was in control. He couldn't be happy and he didn't deserve to. Why should he be allowed to be happy when his twin wasn't here anymore? He couldn't even say his name. He should have been the one to go not his twin, not … His twin was the smarter one. His twin was the funnier one. His twin was the better one. His twin should have been here.
Worst of all was how everyone was always saying they were sorry for his loss, how they understood how he felt: they understood nothing. They didn't loose half of their soul: they didn't loose half of themselves. He lost his confidant, best friend, brother, and partner in crime. Worse he felt like he lost an eye and a part of his brain. Who else would know what he was thinking before he said it? Who else would finish his sentences? Who else would help him figure things out? He couldn't go to the rest of his family and he couldn't go to his friends. He couldn't stand to see the sorrow and pity in there eyes. He was alone for the first time in his life and he couldn't stand it. As torn and as horrible as George felt he never once cried, he was numb with the pain and couldn't manage to break his emotionless mask. He needed his other half. He needed his twin. He needed Fred.

A/N: I decided to write this because Fred and George were my favorite characters. I also had to deal with a really hard death recently so this was a way to deal with it. I hope you liked it.
