Near is at his final battle against Mello and Matt, I thought they were dead though lets find out more in part 1 of two. -hope u like it smiles :)

PART1

Near sat their playing with his toys, not a worry on his mind. "Near Mello's back!" shouted an FBI member. Near's ears shot up, he just sat there, stunned. "Br-Bring him i-in, i thought Light killed him." stuttered Near comfused. The agent told another agent to "Bring him in". Suddenly the doors flew open and there was Mello his face burnt " Near you son of a b***h, why did you try and let kira kill me?! You think i was stupid enough to send my self and Matt in, f**k no they were doubles." "Here is Matt now, Matt get the hell in here now so you can kick this little squirts arse!"exclaimed Mello angrily! Matt came storming in, he shot all of FBI members, it was like a rainfall of blood showering the room! "Hey Near you lil p***k, we aree going to give you ten minuets to run starting now!" shouted Matt. Near got a gun out of his top and aimed it at Mello "I'm going to die today but I'm taking Mello down with my ship." Mello and Matt got out two handguns each and pointed them at Near. BANG...
