Prologue

As the young elf boy at the age of thirteen sat in the darkness of the hut he built himself, there had been a chance occurrence that changed his view of the world forever. Lives will be taken in the midst of his quest, and many innocent people will count on him to right the wrongs of criminals, soldiers and even the deadliest of all Hyrulean warlords, Drakon. A man of anger and hatred, a wicked smile and accursed powers with the ability to bring down large cities. The smell of blood only emanates stronger as time passes…

Chapter One: None shall be alive to recall….

As Link was about ready to wake up, a siren wailed through Kakariko village and then a public announcement was issued to the people. A young messenger ran clumsily to the great Impa, Shiekah guardian and instructor on combat and stealth. The ninja like woman then read aloud to the townsfolk: "As of today, I will be on my way to claim your village as my own. You will obey my orders and demands, or face a much unpleasant execution at the hands of my soldiers. Any other things will be discussed after our arrival. Until then, carry on. I will expect a meal fit for a king at arrival. Sincerely, your new overlord, Drakon." "WHAT THE HELL?" Link had exclaimed next to his friends Zelda, Light Mage of the village, and Riko, a Minish person using the special powers of unspoken myth to raise his height to normal human level. Link had to translate what he says to Zelda because all he can manage to say is "Riko Mi Pikitore Picoririki Piko." and what he meant by that, Link said, was "How is this right? What happened to our king, the great Harkinian Hyrule?" And from then on, life in Kakariko only meant hell on Earth for the three young children. Link's friend from Lon Lon, Malon, suddenly walked up to him with a very seductive attitude and he could only stand there blushing as he looks at her as she played mind games with him. "Hey Link, I bet as a swordsman, you've got yourself a big sword in that sheath of yours... hehehehh..." She says almost frighteningly to him. Link looks to Riko, and semiconsciously whispers his way. "What should I... do? Part of me wants to run, but the other part wants to stay... and I can't just go and be mean to her, because that isn't who I am." "What is this, a bit of mental conflict with innocence?" Malon said, winking at him with that same seductive tone of voice. "Malon... Would you at least want to... to be my girlfriend... and get to know me better first...?" Link says shyly, and Malon is only left with a shy and shameful "Uh-huh... I'm... sorry. I couldn't help it. Forgive me, please."
"Understood. You're forgiven." Link said with a wink back to her.
