It had been almost six months since Roger and Mimi died.It had been hard on Mark, but he smiled as he remembered the love that his two friends shared for each other,they died in each others arms late one afternoon in Mark and Rogers loft.

After the funeral, Mark met one of Mimi's old friends, Nicky. She worked at the catscratch club with Mimi. Mark and Nicky had been going out for a few months now and were really getting close. Mark was walking around his loft when the phone rang, quickly followed by the answering machine.

"Hey Mark, its Nicky." his girlfriends voice rang thrrough the room."Me,Maureen,Joanne and Collins are going over to the bar on the corner of 23rd and Belview.Meet us there in 15 minutes.I have a suprise for you.See ya soon."

Mark sighed and wrapped his scarf around his neck.He put his jacket on and walked out of the room.He walked the block and a half until he reached the bar. He opened the door and walked inside.

Once Nicky saw him enter, she went up onto the stage.Mark had forgotten that this was a kareoke bar.The music started and Nicky and her sisters got behind there microphones.

"Yeah."Mark whispered as he looked his girlfriend in the eyes. He slowly closed the space between them and kissed her gently.
