Roaming around wondering why can't I be like those Princesses in those movies? The one where the Prince would dance with me, and I don't mean grinding, I mean slow dancing, the kind of dancing you see in those cheesy movies. Maybe I'm just fooling myself for that perfect boy with that perfect dance. I mean nothings perfect right? But this story is all I ever wished for, and so much more.

Don't get me wrong, I bet everybody dreams of that one person, but they end up finding those cocky jerks that only wants one thing! Girls give up, because they realized that at this day and age, there is no such thing as chivalry, or better yet Prince Charming. I'm just an invisible junior who thinks exactly like all of the gorgeous and beautiful maidens who have had there heart broken many times. Or at least I thought I was. My names Miley and I fell for that one guy who I thought I would never ever see myself with.

Well I at least thought he was a cocky jerk who could get any girl in the school, I was wrong. What really caught my attention is how real he was when I talked to him. I actually started to like him when I was a freshman. We are two year apart. His name? Nick Jacobson. He was the star football player who dated the mot popular girl in the whole high school. I never really talked to him until the flu spread around the school. We both were outside the nurse's office waiting to be called in. I felt like crap. And he didn't look so good either. We ended up standing outside the nurse's office for about 10 minutes. It was the middle of 3rd period and we had nobody in the hall. Nick's the one that started up the small talk, asking the normal stuff, like what grade I was in, my name, and the reason why I was going to the nurse. The more we waited to be called, the more we started to get to know each other more, and the more I got to notice every little detail of him. When we finally, and I mean finally we both could of died of a headache, got the okay to come in he asked,

"Is there by any chance we could talk more?"

He seemed kind of nervous. From what I know from his ex-girlfriend, she was in my study hall and talked highly about him before they broke up and after well… you get the point, is that Nick Jacobson never gets nervous especially in front of girls.

"Sure." I replied in my squeaky voice with my cheeks going bright red. I felt like an idiot when I said it. Who says sure anymore? Okay would have been just fine.

Once we get into the nurses office, we have to sit and wait before she is done with the girl who… its flu season let's just keep it at that. So while Nick and I are sitting there he slips a note on my lap. I look around to see if anybody is looking and open up the note.

'Waiting ten min. outside and now we are waiting again. We both just can't catch a break! Haha Here's my number :) call/text me anytime…. Hopefully we can get out of here before we graduate.'

I smile, and put his number in my phone before the nurse gets back, and then I write back.

'Omg I know! Maybe the whole school is out to get us, and that's why we can't catch a break. But that's impossible. Everybody loves me ;) haha and here is my number Mr. Smooth. I will call/text you all the time. Maybe even at like 2 in the morning when I'm freaking out over a test. Here's my number….. and hopefully, but that's a long shot.'

He raises his eyebrows when I hand him back the note. When Nick is done reading it, he quickly types in my number on his phone, but after he does that the nurse comes back in a hurry out the door. We both watch her run out then look at each other and burst out laughing.

Before I left to go home, I ended up having a temperature of 101, I got a text message from Austin, and since then we talk every hour of everyday.
