"I don't like your new boyfriend." Shikamaru said, fisting his hands in his pocket. "You should break him up."

Temari stopped sipping her tea and glanced from her sitting spot under a tree. Her eyes narrowed at him. "Who are you and what is your right to lecture me?"

He did not answer until she finished drinking her green tea. "Well, first of all, he doesn't have a good look."

"Well, that does not answer my questions at all." She rolled her eyes. "But for the record, I think he's cute."

He snorted. "He is terribly weak."

She took her fan and used it to help her stand up. "Well, we are pretty much equal in battle, though he beat me more in practice lately." She said, annoyed at the thought of the guy who beat her. "I'll make sure it'll change soon though."

Shikamaru sulked silently at her. "He is a lazy asshole, you know."

Now the girl turned her face at him and glared dangerously. "He's not an asshole!"

"He's a jerk then. And it doesn't change the fact that he's lazy."

"He's not a jerk. And I always know how to make him move his lazy ass now." She put hands on her hip, challenging him for whatever words he could come out soon.

"That guy doesn't deserve you. At all."

Temari stared at him intently before sighing. "If he didn't, then I don't know any guy who would."

"You must be crazy when you accept him."

"I must be crazy if I reject him. I have a thing for him for years now, how could I possibly reject him?" She sighed once more before smiling brightly, cheeks blushing. "You are too hard on yourself, you know."

She circled her arms around his neck, nuzzling her forehead to his lightly. "Besides, I melt every time he said those words."

"What words?"

"He said he loved me." She smiled before claiming his lips lightly with hers. He growled before started responding to her kiss and pulled her closer to him.

"I still don't like him at all." He said when they finally parted for breath.

She just laughed sweetly.

A/N: I stole a scene from Fading into the background's Sex Ed. It's a really sweet and cute story, and well, suddenly Shikamaru and Temari just popped into my mind when I was re-reading the story. So, yeah...
