{Okay, los geht's! [Okay, let's go!]} I said to them. Them, that were Lars Beckenbauer, Carl Haider, Dieter Weber, Mr. Kötz, formerly known as "Blitz" and me, Stephan "Takticker" Meller. We were ready to deploy. Our mission is simple:
Meeting our Nigerian Contact to get further instructions.
We were send here from Rainbow, we 4 germans and 1 austrian, here in Nigeria. Our task is to bust an international Terrorist Group that calls themselves "The Amin Dadas of Nigeria". I planned everything perfect, that's why they call me "Takticker" because I always write down and organize all tactics. I handpicked everyone in this team by myself. I trust Lars, I worked with him some time ago, he's reliable, friendly and is perfect with any heavy weaponry in comination with heavy armor. Dieter is very good in operating under cover, not undercover. He is a perfect Sniper and Scout. Haider and me are the typical Assault Units but with some "unusual" methods.I took "Blitz" only because he is not an active Rainbow member and is in fact still working with the GSG 9. I want to give him an opportunity to decide if he wants to keep working with the GSG 9 or if he wants to stay with Rainbow.
We are now landing, the chopper is going downwards, {Ich sehe die Landezone! [I see the landing zone!]} I shouted. Everyone just said {Okay} or {Roger}.The chopper landed, we felt it. It bumped us into each other. {Geben sie das Signal und wir holen sie hier wieder raus! [Use the signal and we get you back out of here!]}, the pilot said. {Ich hoffe, wir müssen das Signal nicht nutzen. [I hope we don't have to use the signal]} I said just looked at each other as we got out of the chopper and watched it flying back. Also dann, auf ins Abenteuer Jungs! [Alright then, let's get in the adventure!] I mumbled more to myself. It was my first action outside an office. {Jupp, dann mal los! [Jupp, let's go!]} Lars said.
So, I guess that's the beggining of my first adventure, I hope it won't be too hard...
