All the world's a stage…
The stage is set, a blue pearl spinning on a fine thread. The lights are lit, shinning on our rare and precious jewel, glittering as the lights dance softly across its surface. The audience are seated, Fate and Destiny waiting quietly for the grand opening, a big bang and in the wings waits the director, an ethereal angel; sad blue eyes hiding the wisdom of ages, rivers of silver hair pooling at her feet and soft white wings framing her delicate figure.
And all the men and women merely players…
Each person plays their part in blissful naïveté, a practiced dance, its music an ethereal waltz whispering through the ages. Each actor playing their part, making the same mistakes as those who have come before them. Men and women alike, never looking to the past to learn their parts, all to proud to follow the directors guidance. No one sees her any more, only the minds of the innocent and insane see her hidden in the should of darkness deep within the wings.
They have their exits…
The end of the seamless waltz; the grand finale, when each actor, man woman or child bow to the applause of millions, and yet to no one. As each take their bow, the director sheds a tear and Fate and Destiny welcome each player to the audience with open arms. There the stay, in velvet seats applauding the action, cheering the heroes and hissing the villains. Convinced that they made eveything of their life, that they were in control. But in the end, it is the director, who stages the exits and entrances.
And their entrances…
The overture sounds, the audience becomes still, lights dim, and the actors take their position. As the lights go up, the audience applauds and the director slips back into the shadows, where she waits for the curtain call. A new day dawns, and the world breaths new life and the actors they the positions and begin the waltz. As time passes, the audience grows weary and the director steps from the wings and into the audience and grants them parts for the next scene.
And one man in his time plays many parts.
Each player plays their parts in sync with the endless waltz, a blissful and enchanting tune, to fall on deaf ears. Very few ever hear this waltz, those who do are captured by its melody, a sad soft tune. Thetune haunts the shadows of the world,as a soft voice drifts across the still and silent abyss, the director sings her tune, and when the curtain falls, and the play is done she joins the actors on the stage, as they take their final bow. And when the seats are empty, the players gone, the she sits alone on the stage, and begins the play anew. An endless and eternal waltz, lead by the queen of the stars.
