Even the satanic spawns of hell were frightened by the ravenous hatred of the lone Marine, who, with boiling blood, scoured the pits of hell for daemons to mutilate with vicious blows from his ruthless weapons. The Marine, consumed by his lust for blood, spat incoherent curses as he brutally ripped and tore at the daemon horde's flesh with his bare hands; Smattering the walls with blood and brains with a shotgun's barrel that was shoved down an Imp's throat.
He continued his rampage through the umbral plains, utterly and completely destroying everything in his path. Mounds of daemon corpses lie in the ruins that the Marine passed through, with rivers of bile flowing from the bloodbaths he left in his wake, marking his path towards the center of Hell. After decimating every Hell-spawn that tried to stand their own against his might, the Marine finally arrived at his destination. He stood on a plateau of brimstone, with rocks and ruins on the edges of the cliff faces, and flames rising up the sides. Before him stood a massive creature that dwarfed the size of any building the Marine had seen.
The gargantuan, part muscle, part bone, and part robotic, daemon rose up above him and the plateau, hovering up in the air with its enormous rocket powered wings.
"It is you." It spoke in a deep howling voice, as if the souls of the damned were screaming through its words.
"A being like you, a lone predator, a scourge of Hell, is one I have never met before."
The Marine slowly reloaded his weapons.
"Tell me Hellwalker, do you feel fear?"
The beast's jaw cracked and bled as it grinned menacingly. The Marine pulled an ammo clip off his belt and lodged it into one of his many guns.
"Is a slaughterer of hundreds such as yourself quaking at the sight of me? Or are you fearless in the face death itself?"
The Marine shoved multiple grenades into a pouch on his belt.
"I do not believe in fearlessness, Hellwalker. For no single being can stand before me, Satan, Baphomet, The Icon of Sin, DOOM INCARNATE!" The monstrosity roared, shaking the entire world around them.
The Marine stepped forward, cocking a shotgun.
"Bullshit."
