A Pole Arm, of level one, was looking around Mac Anu. Amazed at the graphics in his VR set, he wandered around mindlessly. His emerald eyes, dirty blonde hair and yellow and black outfit were excellently detailed, part of the VR set.
"Kilo! I have been looking for you!" A harsh female voice was coming from a nearby alley.
"Naressa, I had to look around. These graphics are-"
"Yes. Great. I know. Ive been playing for three months." The black-haired Blademaster said. Her rose eyes and black costume were well hidden in the shadows.
"You going to help me level up, or what? Kilo said.
"Of course. I'm not going to go adventuring with a level one noob, even if you are my best friend."
"Hey, Im no noob…." Kilo complained.
"Lets go!" Naressa said.
When the duo reached the Chaos Gate, Naressa yelled…
"Arid Dunes: Gamma!"
"Naressa! This is a level twenty area! Are you crazy?"
"No! Stay back and do nothing. You can fight at level five. By that time, we'll have the gold to get you a spear. That staff isn't very good…"
-A few days later-
"Ha! Level seven!"
"Good Kilo! Use the power attack!"
"Okay… What? That should have destroyed the Giant Spider…"
The spider began changing. It's head became a face. Aura's face.
"The end is near." Aura's monotonic voice slowly said.
"The end?" Kilo asked.
Aura/spider answered with a powerful attack.
"Kilo! Teleport out!"
The two teleported out of the dungeon…
"What was that?" Kilo said, in Naressa's hideout in Mac Anu.
"I don't know." Naressa said.
"Aura. That's who." a voice from the shadows said.
"Who are you?" Kilo asked.
"Wait! Kilo! Aura gave Kite and Shugo a special bracelet which rewrote game code..."Naressa said.
"Orna. CC Corporation System Adiministrator. I have monitored Aura's actions for quite a time now. It seems she is actually a rouge hacker. Her account cannot be deleted. Kite and Shugo gettng the bracelets... Each were attempts to destroy every player in the World." Orna said.
