AN: Here is something that I wrote in the middle of the night. I write best at night for some reason; ideas just come to me. I hope you like it. Please Rand R.

Hermione was worried. Not because he was a Slytherine or even because he was a Malfoy. It was the fact that her normally private, hide-all-emotions daughter, was very clearly wearing her heart on her sleeve. The last thing Hermione wanted was to see it broken.

Ron was furious. He had wanted to protect his daughter from the Malfoys because he had failed to protect his wife. But he seemed to fail again, so he was mostly angry at himself.

Harry was amused. It would happen that way, wouldn't it? They were terribly wrong for each other in a perfect way. Harry laughed.

Ginny was smug. She knew it! She knew it the moment she heard her brother whisper to Rose on that September morning so many years ago. She was right.

Hugo was disgusted. A Malfoy and a Weasley! Come one, that's worse than loving a snake. Hugo was just a little too much like his father.

James was silent. For the first time in history James Potter had no comment. He did not encourage, give advice, discourage, or even shout. He was neutral. This was the most shocking reaction of all.

Albus was delighted. He should have seen it coming. They were his best friend and his favorite cousin. They could now be related and Scorpius hadn't needed to be with Lily for that to happen.

Lily was dreamy. It was so romantic. Very Romeo and Juliet style. And instead of reading it in a book, Lily actually got to watch it unfold.

Astoria was overjoyed. After watching her son fall in love, wine, pine, suffer, she hurt too. But then Scorpius seemed to win the girl of his dreams, Weasley or no Weasley, nothing could have made Astoria happier. Except maybe grandchildren, but that could wait.

Draco was shocked. Not because his son was dating a half-blooded Weasley. No he saw that coming a long time ago. He was shocked because when his son finally told him what he expected all along he got a very clear image in his head. Draco could see a beautiful grandchild sitting on his lap. The little girl had Rose's hair and Scorpius' eyes.

All of these opinions mattered to Rose and Scorpius, but not a single one of them could have persuaded them to be apart. Because, come hell, high water, or family, they were going to love each other forever.
