"Asamiiiiiiiiiii!," Korra cries out, her voice is laced with terror. Asami comes rushing into the room with a towel wrapped around her and hair dripping water. She looks at her girlfriend pushing herself into a corner, fear showing in the tight expression she was making. Asami looked around the room trying to find what could possibly make the avatar so terrified. Seeing nothing out of the ordinary she asked, "Korra what the hell is going on with you? What happened?" Shakily Korra raised a finger and pointed to the middle of the room. Asami looked prepared to see the worse. But saw nothing. Worried she scooted around the room and went towards her girlfriend. When she reached her she started stroking her hair and trying to calm her down. She assumed that Korra was having another episode, so she did what she would always do to make it go away. But that's not what was happening, which Asami realized when Korra pushed her away and ran to the other side of the room hyperventilating. "Ummm ok I give up what's wrong babe?", Asami asked the avatar. But seeing as Korra couldn't get enough breath to talk so she pointed her finger towards the other side of the room. At first Asami didn't see anything and was confused, but then her eye caught a hint of movement and she focused on that. What she saw made the young engineer begin laughing hysterically, because on the wall opposite of her was a spider. She couldn't believe her incredibly powerful girlfriend was afraid of anything let alone spiders. But proof was cowering in a corner before her eyes. Oh I'm never going to let her live this down, Asami thought. Laughing she picked up a magazine that was lying on the nearby table and smashed the tiny spider into oblivion. When Asami looked at the guts on the cover she got an idea that would probably not end well but who cares? At the very least it would be fun. So she looked over at her girlfriend with mischief in her eyes. Korra was starting to calm down. Her breathing was finally returning to normal and her pupils were no longer dilated. As soon as it was normal again Asami walked up to her girlfriend, spider gut riddled magazine in hand and pretended to throw it at the avatar. You would think that the master of all elements and with her general fighting knowledge would fight back if scared, but apparently not, at least not when spiders are involved. Korra used her airbending to try to take off to get away from the spider gut covered magazine. But seeing as she was inside, all this accomplished was a bruised head. "Ahhhhhhh! Asami why would you do that?!" But Asami couldn't catch her breathe enough to answer her girlfriend because a fit of laughter had overtaken the young engineer. Seeing this just made Korra even more upset until she eventually shot a blast of air into Asami's face. Tears of laughter streaming down her face Asami finally got herself under control. "It's not funny!", Korra pouted, "spiders are really scary." Korra you do realize that you're the most powerful person in the world and you could kill that spider in more ways than most people could even think of right?" Korra just glared at Asami. "Yeah but that doesn't make them any less scary." Asami just laughed at her girlfriend and took her hand. Let's go have lunch. My treat. Finally calmed Korra said, "Asami as much as I love the bold fashion statement you got going on, don't you think you should put some clothes on…" Asami looked down, during all the excitement of the past 10 minutes, Asami forgot that she was still in her towel. With her face brightening she rushed to her room to get changed. Korra just laughed at her girlfriend and started thinking how she could get Asami back.
