Before the Dawn
It was that time of day, when the sun had yet to rise.
When it was too early for people to be out and about.
When the birds were still tucked within their nests.
Tyson and Kai stood on the bridge above the canal, watching as the water calmly flowed along.
It was a comfortable silence, which the both enjoyed whenever they were alone together.
It was when their bond seemed to be stronger than that of friendship, when they both seemed to silently understand each other.
A soft wind ghosted its away around their bodies, causing them to shiver, and unconscientiously mover closer together, and for their hands to wrap around each other.
Small smiles graced their lips as a warmth greater than what any coat could of given them, ran through them.
They looked into each others eyes.
Enchanting blue met unearthly red.
A silent message passed through them.
Causing them both to move closer to each other.
Kai's hands reached up, and outlined Tyson's face.
