Russell sat there quiet, Thinking about Zoe

"Why am I thinking about Zoe, I cant like her she is my best friend" Russell thought to himself, Penny-Ling approached him "Hey Russell, what are you doing?"

"I'm thinking about Zoe" Russell didn't realise what he had just said "Why are you thinking about Zoe?" then he realised "Did I say Zoe I meant to say um.. um eh um dog beds yeah I'm thinking about dog beds" Penny-Ling gave him the guilty look "OK FINE I was thinking about Zoe but you cant tell anyone"

"Do you "like" Zoe" Penny questioned

"yes.. No.. I mean I don't know" Penny walked away

Zoe came out with this gorgeous blue dress on. Russell just stared at her "Hey guys what do you think about my dress?" Zoe asked in a flirty way. Russell opened his mouth and drooled on the floor Zoe looked stunning

"HELLO RUSSELL ARE YOU THERE!" Minka said to Russell "Minka I'm trying to concentrate" "Concentrate on Zoe?" Minka said to him

Russell just walked away he needed time to think so he went to the fire hydrant. Penny Ling came in to help him

"Penny, I think I do have a crush on Zoe but I cant ask her out!"

"Oh sure you can" Penny said to Russell, Russell smiled and hugged Penny he still didn't know what to do though he was still confused "Ok Russell how about this I will lets Zoe know that you like her but in a subtle way" Russell said yes to that

Penny walked over to Zoe "Hey Zoe can I talk to you for a minute" "Sure what's on your mind?" Zoe asked her

"Well I have to let you know in a calm way that Russell "likes" you" Penny told Zoe

"Say what now?"

"Russell likes you" Penny got upset because she thought Zoe would break his heart and she started crying

"OK I will think about it" even though she was dating Digby

The next day it was valentines day and Zoe and Digby came into littlest pet shop

"Listen Zoe I don't think this is working out plus I found someone else"

Zoe ran away crying, Russell felt sorry for her

So Russell grabbed a pen and paper and wrote something and gave it to her

Zoe read what it said and it was a poem that read

"Roses are red

Skies are blue

You may not love me

But I love you

Digby is a jerk

He always will be

But we are a perfect couple

Just you and me

When you enter the pet shop

I'm filled with thrill

Coz I love you then

And I always will"

From Russell

Zoe Blushed and she walked over to Russell and gave him a kiss on the lips and hugged him and they were now a couple

This was a short story of my OTP (ZUSSELL) and I love it to pieces xx
