Readers,

When writing the Four Years War and the Romulan War series, I compiled a ton of material. Some of it I used, while other material served as inspirational filler. I ended up taking nearly everything and creating a full-color Technical Manual for these two series. It contains both canon and no canon material, but it turned out really nice.
